Q. How do I access the on-demand yoga classes?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to a private video library hosted on Vimeo. You can watch the classes at any time, from any device. No app or fancy setup required.
Q. What if I miss a day during the 40-day challenge?
No worries at all! Life happens. You can pick up where you left off. The goal is consistency, not perfection. Showing up when you can be the first step toward building strength. However, we suggest not taking more than 3 days break during this practice.
Q. What kind of yoga styles do you teach?
I focus on Vinyasa and yin yoga. Vinyasa helps build strength and flow, while Yin encourages deep relaxation and flexibility. Both styles are thoughtfully sequenced to suit women over 35 who are building or rebuilding a wellness routine.
Q. Is this practice focused on weight loss?
Not at all. While regular practice can support overall health, the focus here is on sustainable wellness. Strengthening your body, calming your mind, and honoring yourself as you are. This is yoga for life, not just for a before-and-after photo.
Q. Is there any diet plan provided with this plan?
It won’t have menu plans or strict guidelines about what you should and should not eat. What I can provide you with is a framework that you can use to look within and approach your diet consciously, so that your common sense can guide what you eat. It won’t feel like a struggle; it will feel natural and right.
