It’s an invitation to slow down, quiet the inner noise, and reconnect with what truly matters: your breath, your body, your presence.

An intro to the 40-day program…

The 40-Day Mandala is a six-weeks journey designed to help you build a sustainable, nourishing yoga habit, one that’s rooted in care, not pressure. Each phase is guided by a theme, gently supporting your growth, inside and out.

Phase 1 (6 days): Presence - Come into your Body

We begin by arriving. With each breath and movement, your gently turn inwards, letting go of distractions and landing in the here and now. This first week is about noticing your body, your energy, and your inner landscape with curiosity and care.

Phase 2 (6days): Vitality - Fan the purifying Flare

With presence established, we begin to stir the energy within. Through breath and flow, these next 6 days build warmth and strength, releasing tension, awakening the spine, and fueling your inner fire.

Phase 3 (6 days): Equanimity _ Be the Eye of the Hurricane

This week invites balance. As life swirls around you, the mat becomes your steady ground. You’ll explore how to remain centered and calm, not by resisting the storm, but by softening within it.

Phase 4 (6 days): Restoration - Receive the Radiance

Now, we rest. This week encourages you to slow down and receive. Through restorative movement and breathwork, you’ll nourish your nervous system, replenish your energy, and allow your body to absorb the benefits of your practice fully.

Phase 5 (6 days): Centering - Root yourself Down to Fly High

You’ll feel more grounded now. More connected. This week strengthens that connection, reminding you that when your roots run deep, you feel safe to rise. You’ll explore strong, steady flows that cultivate both stability and expansion.

Phase 6 (6 days): Triumph - Invite the Light

As you complete this final phase, a gentle transformation unfolds. you’ll feel stronger, calmer, and more in tune with yourself. This final week is a celebration, not of reaching a finish line, but of finding a new beginning. You’ve created space for joy, lightness, and a practice that belongs to you.
